Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompetensi pedagogik, dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen, melibatkan 102 guru dari sembilan sekolah. Variabel bebas meliputi motivasi (X₁), kompetensi pedagogik (X₂), dan budaya sekolah (X₃), sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja guru (Y). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25, disertai uji prasyarat (normalitas, linearitas, dan multikolinearitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F, R²).

Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru: motivasi (t = 7,576; sig. 0,000), kompetensi pedagogik (t = 8,714; sig. 0,000), dan budaya sekolah (t = 7,667; sig. 0,000). Uji F (F_hitung= 33,225 > F_tabel = 3,09) menunjukkan pengaruh simultan yang signifikan. Persamaan regresi: Y = 29,037 + 0,176X₁ + 0,348X₂ + 0,347X₃.

Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi, kompetensi pedagogik, dan budaya sekolah yang positif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, terutama di daerah kepulauan yang memiliki tantangan geografis seperti Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas.

This study aims to examine the influence of motivation, pedagogical competence, and school culture on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Anambas Islands Regency. A quantitative survey method was used, with questionnaires distributed to 102 teachers from nine schools. The independent variables were motivation (X₁), pedagogical competence (X₂), and school culture (X₃), while the dependent variable was teacher performance (Y). Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25, including prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity) and hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and R²).

The results showed that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance: motivation (t = 7.576; sig. 0.000), pedagogical competence (t = 8.714; sig. 0.000), and school culture (t = 7.667; sig. 0.000). The F-test (F = 33.225 > F-table = 3.09) confirmed a significant simultaneous influence. The regression equation was: Y = 29.037 + 0.176X₁ + 0.348X₂ + 0.347X₃.

The findings suggest that improving motivation, pedagogical skills, and a positive school culture is essential for enhancing teacher performance, especially in island regions like Anambas that face geographic challenges.
