Narrative of Children's Social Construction in Bobo Magazine Children's Stories June - August 2023 Edition

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan narasi konstruksi sosial anak yang terjadi melalui 3 proses, yaitu eksternalisasi, objektivasi, dan internalisasi menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial Peter L. Berger dan Thomas Luckmann. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian sastra menggunakan metode deskrtiptif kualitatif, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah 22 cerita anak majalah Bobo edisi Juni – Agustus 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah baca, catat, dan pengodean. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya 3 proses konstruksi sosial, sebagai berikut: 1) proses eksternalisasi meliputi sikap dan perilaku saling menolong, mengakui kesalahan, menghibur teman. Bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi diwujudkan melalui komunikasi verbal dan non verbal. Ekspresi diwujudkan dengan mimik wajah, respon tubuh ketika menerima pengaruh dari luar. 2) proses objektivasi meliputi kegiatan yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan membentuk habitulasi. Kebiasaan dapat terjadi secara terstruktur dengan latihan secara teratur, kebiasaan tidak terstruktur terjadi dengan tidak sadar karena berhubungan dengan kegiatan sehari-hari. 3) proses internalisasi diwujudkan melalui sosialisasi primer dan sekunder dalam bentuk nasihat orang tua, pemberian pengetahuan baru, dan penerimaan terhadap nasihat dan pengetahuan baru tersebut.

This study aims to describe the narrative of children's social construction that occurs through 3 processes, namely externalization, objectivation, and internalization using the social construction theory of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. This type of research is literary research using qualitative descriptive method, the approach used is literary sociology approach. The data sources used are 22 children's stories in the June - August 2023 edition of Bobo magazine. The data collection techniques used are reading, recording, and coding. The results of this study indicate the existence of 3 social construction processes, as follows: 1) the externalization process includes attitudes and behaviors of helping each other, admitting mistakes, comforting friends. Language as a communication tool is realized through verbal and non-verbal communication. Expression is realized by facial expressions, body responses when receiving external influences. 2) The objectivation process includes activities that are carried out repeatedly and form habitulation. Habits can occur structurally with regular practice, unstructured habits occur unconsciously because they are related to daily activities. 3) the internalization process is realized through primary and secondary socialization in the form of parental advice, provision of new knowledge, and acceptance of the advice and new knowledge.
