MANAJEMEN PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU (STUDI KASUS DI PONDOK PESANTREN SABILILLAH SURABAYA)
MANAGEMENT OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS (A CASE STUDY AT PONDOK PESANTREN SABILILLAH SURABAYA)
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan Manajemen Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru di Pondok Pesantren Sabilillah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Lokasi penelitian berada di PP. Sabilillah Surabaya dengan melakukan pengambilan data kepada pimpinan pondok pesantren, panitia PPDB, dan peserta PPDB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan fungsi manajemen pada bagian perencanaan; 2) Pengorganisasian PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan fungsi manajemen pada bagian pengorganisasian; 3) Pelaksanaan PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan fungsi manajemen pada bagian pelaksanaan, akan tetapi memang masih ada tahapan alur penerimaan peserta didik baru yang belum dilakukan yakni tahapan seleksi, pengelompokan dan pengumuman; 4) Pengontrolan PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya telah sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan fungsi manajemen pada bagian pengontrolan. Pada proses manajemen PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya masih ditemui beberapa hal yang perlu dievaluasi guna perbaikan proses manajemen PPDB PP. Sabilillah Surabaya.

This research was conducted to describe the Management of New Student Admissions at Pondok Pesantren Sabilillah Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a research design in the form of a documentation study. Data collection techniques in this research include interviews, observations, and documentation studies, with data analysis techniques involving data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research location is at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya, with data collection conducted with the leaders of the pesantren, the admissions committee, and the new student applicants. The research results show that 1) The planning of new student admissions at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya has met the success indicators of the management function in the planning section; 2) The organization of new student admissions at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya has met the success indicators of the management function in the organizing section; 3) The implementation of new student admissions at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya has met the success indicators of the management function in the implementation section, although there are still stages of the new student admission process that have not been carried out, namely the stages of selection, grouping, and announcement; 4) The control of new student admissions at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya has met the success indicators of the management function in the controlling section. In the management process of new student admissions at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya, several areas were identified that require evaluation for the improvement of the new student admission management process at PP. Sabilillah Surabaya.
