Pembelajaran dalam jaringan dengan memanfaatkan internet dan berbasis web merupakan alternatif pendidikan saat ini agar hak anak atas pendidikan dapat dipenuhi ditengah adanya wabah pandemi Covid-19. Kebijakan pemerintah agar kegiatan belajar mengajar dilaksanakan dari rumah ternyata tidak dapat diterapkan dengan mudah oleh seluruh wilayah di Indonesia, banyak kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya sinyal inernet belum merata dan kurangnya sarana prasarana pembelajaran daring serta rendahnya kemampuan warga sekolah dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi informasi. Khususnya di desa terpencil yang jauh dari kota.
Sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan selama masa pandemi Covid-19 pada penelitian ini adalah sistem pembelajaran blended learning (pembelajaran bauran), yaitu sistem pembelajaran yang mengkombinasikan model pembelajaran konvensional (tatap muka) dengan model pembelajaran berbasis komputer (online).
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan dan menelaah bagaimana implementasi pembelajaran blended learning di SDN 3 Cakul pada masa pandemi Covid-19, (2) menganalisis faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung pembelajaran blended learning di SDN 3 Cakul pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan (3) menganalisis dampak sistem pembelajaran blended learning di desa terpencil pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di SDN 3 Cakul.
Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui implementasi, faktor-faktor dan dampak penerapan pembelajaran blended learning di SDN 3 Cakul. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik wawancara yang digunakan yaitu indepth interview, sedangkan teknik observasi dengan jenis observasi participant observation pengamatan pasif dan dokumentasi berbentuk tulisan (soft file) serta gambar.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran blended learning di SD Negeri 3 Cakul dilakukan melalui 3 tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Faktor yang sangat menghambat adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasana pembelajaran daring, sedangkan faktor pendukung utama yaitu antusias masyarakat tinggi. Dampak yang dirasakan oleh SD Negeri 3 Cakul antara lain dampak positif dan dampak negatif.

Online learning by utilizing the internet and web-based is an alternative to current education so that children's rights to education can be fulfilled in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. The government's policy for teaching and learning activities to be carried out from home is that it cannot be applied easily by all regions in Indonesia, many obstacles are faced including the uneven internet signal and lack of online learning infrastructure and the low ability of school residents to apply information technology. Especially in remote villages far from the city.
The learning system applied during the Covid-19 pandemic in this study was a blended learning system, which is a learning system that combines conventional (face-to-face) learning models with computer-based (online) learning models.
The purpose of this study is to (1) describe and examine how the implementation of blended learning at State Elementary School 3 Cakul during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) analyze the inhibiting and supporting factors for blended learning at State Elementary School 3 Cakul during the Covid-19 pandemic and (3) analyzing the impact of the blended learning system in remote villages during the Covid-19 pandemic at State Elementary School 3 Cakul.
This research method is a qualitative approach to determine the implementation, factors and impact of the application of blended learning at State Elementary School 3 Cakul. Sources of data used in data collection are primary sources and secondary sources. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The interview technique used is in-depth interview, while the observation technique is participant observation (passive observation) and documentation in the form of writing (soft files) and pictures.
The results showed that blended learning at State Elementary School 3 Cakul was carried out through 3 stages, that is planning, implementation and evaluation. The most inhibiting factor is the lack of online learning facilities and infrastructure, while the main supporting factor is the high public enthusiasm. The impacts felt by State Elementary School 3 Cakul is positive and negative impacts.
