Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap organizational commitment melalui perceived organizational support pada bagian lending PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kausalitas yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 40 responden pada bagian lending PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Surabaya. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan software smart PLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment, transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support berpengaruh signifikan positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment, dan perceived organizational support dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara variabel transformational leadership terhadap organizational commitment.

This research aims determine and explain the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment through perceived organizational support in the lending employee of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Surabaya. Research is a type of causality research using quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sample with a total of 40 respondent in the lending employee PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Surabaya. Statistic analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the assistance of Smart PLS 3.0 Software

The result of this research show that transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has positive and significant effect on perceived organizational support, perceived organizational support has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support can be an intervening variable between transformational leadership variable on organizational commitment variable.
