Parking Planning to Improve Road Performance in Pasar Blauran Surabaya City
Pasar Blauran didirikan tahun 1934 tanpa memiliki lahan parkir sehingga menggunakan parkir on street yang mengakibatkan turunnya kinerja Jalan Kranggan. Hal ini diatasi dengan merencanakan parkir off street di lantai 1. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui nilai kinerja jalan kranggan saat parkir on street kemudian setelah parkir off street, mengetahui bentuk layout parkir yang direncanakan serta perbandingan pendapatan per bulan Pasar Blauran saat ini dengan saat dilakukan rencana parkir off street. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif yang didapat dengan metode pengamatan dan kepustakaan. Metode pengamatan dilakukan dalam mencari data arus lalu lintas Jalan Kranggan, jumlah serta durasi parkir sepeda motor on street, dan data sewa toko di Pasar Blauran. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah arus total tertinggi sebesar 2168,2 skr/jam durasi parkir tertinggi ada di rentang waktu 105 - 120 menit dengan jumlah parkir 1438 sepeda motor memiliki kebutuhan ruang parkir sebesar 459 SRP. Volume parkir on street dalam satu waktu sebesar 423 sepeda motor. Kinerja Jalan Kranggan dengan on street bernilai 1,95 skr/jam sedangkan off street 0,69 skr/jam. KRP yang dibutuhkan 459 SRP kemudian layout dibuat di lantai satu dengan luas 2299,11 m2. Pendapatan Pasar Blauran kira - kira Rp 116.630.625,00 per bulan dapat dilakukan penerapan tarif parkir sebesar Rp 3.000,00 dan mendapatkan Rp 316.341.180 per bulan
