Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis kompetensi manajerial pengelola Paud dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di TPA Pelangi dengan sub focus 1) Mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis Fungsi Manajemen dalam perencanaan Kurikulum Paud di TPAPelangi 2) Mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis Fungsi Manajemen dalam pengorganisasian Kurikulum Paud di TPA Pelangi 3) Mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis Fungsi Manajemen dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Paud di TPA Pelangi 4) Mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis Fungsi Manajemen dalam pengawasan Kurikulum Paud di T PA Pelangi. Kecamatan Jogoroto, Kabupaten Jombang, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif.
Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelola, guru, yayasan,penilik pnfi dan komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Fungsi Manajemen dalam menyusun program kerja dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Paud sudah terlaksana dengan baik, seperti pembuat perencanaan KTSP, program kerja jangka panjang dan jangka pendek, menyusun program kegiatan tahunan, semua perencanaan dilakukan oleh pengelola dilaksanakan setiap awal tahun.Kompetensi pengelola dalam pengorganisasian kurikulum 2013 Paud sudah terlaksana, seperti pengorganisasian mengidentifikasi, mengelompokkan ,pembagian tugas mengajar, mengelompokan peserta didik, menetapkan aturan kerja dan menetapkan hubungan kerja. Fungsi Manajemen dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dengan menyusun Rencana Kerja Sekolah (RKS) dan dokumen kurikulum sekolah, membagi tugas guru dan pegawai, memimpin dan mengendalikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, memantau keterlaksanaan program-program yang telah dibuat. Fungsi Manajemen dalam pengawasan kurikulum 2013 sudah terlaksana dengan baik, dengan melakukan pemantauan, penilaian dan pembimbingan melalui kegiatan supervis perencanaan, supervisi pelaksanaan dan supervise penilaian.
Strategi yang digunakan dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 menggunakan pendektansentra. Dari penelitian diatas menunjukkan ada peningkatan Fungsi Manajemen dalam implementasikurikulum 2013 di TPA Pelangi dengan strategi pendekatan sentra.

This study aims to describe and analyze managerial competence of PAUD managers in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum at TPA Pelangi with sub focus 1) Describe and analyze Management Functions in planning PAUD Curriculum in TPAPangi 2) Describe and analyze Management Functions in organizing PAUD Curriculum in Pelangi TPA 3) Describe and analyze the Management Function in the implementation of the PAUD Curriculum in TPA Pelangi 4) Describe and analyze the Management Function in the supervision of the PAUD Curriculum in PA PA Pelangi. Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency, uses a descriptive qualitative approach.
Data collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were managers, teachers, foundations, PNC inspectors and school committees. The results of the study show that: Management function in compiling work programs in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum in PAUD has been carried out well, such as the KTSP planning maker, long-term and short-term work programs, compiling annual program activities, all plans are carried out by managers carried out at the beginning of each year. managers in organizing the 2013 Paud curriculum have been carried out, such as organizing identifying, grouping, division of teaching assignments, classifying students, setting work rules and establishing work relationships. The Management Function in implementing the 2013 curriculum has been implemented well, by compiling School Work Plans (RKS) and school curriculum documents, dividing the duties of teachers and staff, leading and controlling the implementation of learning, monitoring the implementation of programs that have been made. Management functions in the 2013 curriculum supervision have been implemented well, by monitoring, assessing and mentoring through planning supervising activities, implementation supervision and evaluation supervision.
The strategy used in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum uses a pre-assessment center. From the research above shows there is an increase in Management Functions in the implementation of 2013 curriculum at TPA Pelangi with a central approach strategy.
