The Relationship Between Perception Of Organizational Support With Organizational Citizenship Behavior For Employees At PT X
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan di PT X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan subyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di bawah naungan sumber daya manusia yang berjumlah 82 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dan skala organizational citizenship behavior. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,848 (r=0,848) hal ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior dan hubungan kedua variabel searah, artinya semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula organizational citizenship behavior.
This study aims to determine the relationship between perception of organizational support with organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT X. The method used in this study is quantitative and the subjects used in this study are companies under the auspices of human resources that help 82 people. The instrument used consisted of a scale towards the organization and a scale of organizational citizenship behavior. Analysis of the data used is the Pearson product moment estimation analysis. The results of data analysis showed a significant level of 0,000 (p <0.05), which means the relationship between perceptions of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. The participation coefficient value of 0.848 (r = 0.848) shows the relationship between the perception of organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship between the two variables in the same direction, which increases the perception of the organization, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior.
