IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SMADA BANGKIT (SAMAPTA, SAMAPTI DAN ENTREPRENEUR) DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN POTENSI PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA NEGERI 2 PACITAN
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SMADA BANGKIT PROGRAM (SAMAPTA, SAMAPTI, AND ENTREPRENEUR) IN ENHANCING STUDENTS POTENTIAL AT SMA NEGERI 2 PACITAN
Program SMADA BANGKIT merupakan kegiatan kokurikuler untuk sarana pengembangan potensi peserta didik serta membantu mempersiapkan diri untuk melanjutkan ke PerguruanTinggi, TNI/Polri/Kedinasan ataupun berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis implementasi Program SMADA BANGKIT; (2) menganalisis kendala pada implementasi program dan; (3) solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pada Program SMADA BANGKIT. Teori yang digunakan yakni teori konvergensi perkembangan manusia dari William Stern yang mencakup interaksi antara pembawaan dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru Bimbingan Konseling, ketua program SMADA BANGKIT, ketua sub-program SAMAPTA, SAMAPTI dan Entrepreneur serta peserta didik dari sub-program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Program SMADA BANGKIT dirancang secara terstruktur melalui tahapan perencaaan, pelaksaan secara terjadwal dan disesuaikan dengan bakat dan minat peserta didik ditunjang fasilitas sekolah serta evaluasi pada akhir semester dalam bentuk rapot khusus. Program ini membantu memberikan manfaat dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik melalui lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Terdapat kendala yang dihadapi meliputi anggaran yang berpengaruh pada sarana dan prasarana, perpindahan tugas ibu guru, kondisi peserta didik dan program SMADA BANGKIT. Solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dengan meminta dukungan dari beberapa pihak dan komite sekolah, pembiasaan perilaku disiplin, bertanggung jawab, konsisten, mempertimbangkan tindak lanjut dari suatu bidang program dan penyesuaian terhadap model pembelajaran. Saran kepada pihak sekolah adalah lebih mengembangkan potensi utamanya di entrepreneur dengan mendorong mengikuti bazar di luar sekolah, memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi dan mendata lulusan dari Perguruan Tinggi Swasta dan Sekolah/Kedinasan.

SMADA BANGKIT Program is a co-curricular activity at SMA Negeri 2 Pacitan that serves as a platform for developing students potential and preparing them to continue their education to universities, military/police academies, or to pursue entrepreneurship. This study aims to: (1) analyzethe implementation of the SMADA BANGKIT Program; (2) identify the challenges in the implementation process; and (3) formulate solutions to overcome those challenges. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and is grounded in William Stern’s convergence theory of human development, which emphasizes the interaction between innate traits and environmental factors. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects include the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, guidance and counseling teachers, head of the SMADA BANGKIT program, heads of the SAMAPTA, SAMAPTI, and Entrepreneur subprograms, as well as students involved in those sub-programs. The findings reveal that the implementation of the program is carried out in a structured manner, beginning with a planning phase, followed by a scheduled implementation aligned with students talents and interests, supported by school facilities, and ending with an evaluation at the end of each semester in the form of a special report card. The program provides significant benefits in developing students potential through a supportive learning environment. However, challenges remain, including limited budget affecting infrastructure, teacher reassignment, and the diverse conditions of students and the program itself. Solutions include seeking support from stakeholders and the school committee, instilling discipline, responssibility, and consistency, evaluating the follow-up of each program area, and adjusting the learning model. It is recommended that the school further enhance the Entrepreneur subprogram by encouraging participation in external bazaars, maximizing the use of technology, and maintaining data on graduates from private universities and government academies.
