DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING ANIMATION VIDEO MEDIA FOR THE SUBJECT MATTER OF CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF MY NATION IN THEMATIC SUBJECTS OF SOSIAL SCIENCES GRADE IV PURWOREJO PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, BALONG SUBDISTRICT, PONOROGO REGENCY
Kemajuan global dan peningkatan hubungan antar budaya pada masa kini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan sosial yang menuntut pembelajaran keragaman budaya di Sekolah Dasar untuk menumbuhkan sikap-sikap manusia sebagai makhluk sosial dan menghargai kebudayaan. Pada studi kasus di SDN Purworejo, Kecamatan Balong, Kabupaten Ponorogo dalam 2 tahun berurutan nilai KKM pada mata pelajaran IPS mata pelajaran Keragaman Budaya Bangsaku belum dapat dicapai semua siswa kurangnya visualisasi dan penguatan membuat penyampaian materi pada siswa tidak maksimal melalui media video animasi pembelajaran visualisasi dan penjelasan materi dapat dilakukan lebih jelas dan mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kelayakan media video animasi pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan sesuai dengan karakteristik materi pokok keberagaman budaya bangsaku pada mata pelajaran IPS Kelas 4 SDN Purworejo,Kecamatan Balong, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan model Research and Development (RnD). Terdapat sepuluh tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan produk, uji coba awal, validasi produk, dan revisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Teknik observasi wawancara , dan angket. Analisa data angket menggunakan pengukuran dengan skala Likert, hasil pengukuran menunjukan persentase dari penilaian para ahli , dari uji kelayakan Desain Pembelajaran (RPP) adalah 85%, Uji kelayakan materi keragaman budaya bangsaku sebesar 88%, dan Uji kelayakan pada media video animasi pembelajaran adalah sebesar 96%. Ketiga hasil tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria penilaian yang sangat layakpengembangan media video animasi pembelajaran materi pokok keragaman budaya bangsaku telah layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik kelas 4 SDN Purworejo, Kecamatan Balong, Kabupaten Ponorogo.

Abstract
Global progress and the improvement of intercultural relations at present have created various social problems that require learning Cultural Diversity in elementary schools to foster human attitudes as social beings and respect for culture, but in the case of SDN Purworejo, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency where 2 consecutive years Some students still have scores below the KKM in the Social Studies subject in the subject of Cultural Diversity, this material requires students to be able to identify cultural diversity as the identity of the Indonesian nation, the lack of visualization and strengthening makes the delivery of material to students not optimal, through the media of animated video learning visualization and explanation material can be done more clearly and overcome these learning problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the instructional animation video media that has been developed in accordance with the characteristics of the subject matter of the cultural diversity of my nation in the social studies subject for Class 4 SDN Purworejo, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. The research method used was the Research and Development (RnD) model development research. There are ten stages, namely data collection, planning, product development, initial testing, product validation, and revision. Data collection was carried out using interview observation techniques, and questionnaires. Analysis of questionnaire data using measurements with the Linkert scale, the measurement results show the percentage of the expert's assessment, from the Learning Design feasibility test (RPP) is 85%, the feasibility test of the cultural diversity material of my nation is 90%, and the feasibility test on the instructional animation video media is equal to 90%. These three results are included in the very feasible assessment criteria. So it can be concluded that the development of instructional video animation media on the subject matter of the cultural diversity of my nation is suitable for use in the learning activities of 4th grade students of SDN Purworejo, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency.
