This research is motivated by the novel “Korpus Uterus” by Sasti Gotama, which portrays the reality of women within the patriarchal system, particularly the control over women's bodies and the issue of abortion. This study aims to describe (1) the forms of patriarchal representation in the novel “Korpus Uterus” and (2) the act of abortion as a form of women's resistance to patriarchal domination. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach using an objective hermeneutic technique. The data source is the novel Korpus Uterus by Sasti Gotama (2025), which was collected through a literature review and documentation using a data classification table based on the eight aspects of radical feminism proposed by Kate Millett, and then analyzed through in-depth textual interpretation. The results of the study indicate that patriarchy in the novel is represented through eight aspects: biological, ideological, sociological, class, economic and educational, coercion, myth and religion, and psychological, with the psychological aspect being dominant. Furthermore, the act of abortion is portrayed as a form of women's struggle to reclaim bodily autonomy and control over the future of their lives. The conclusions of this study indicate that patriarchy operates through various social aspects in women's lives, while the act of abortion serves as a symbol of resistance to this domination. Theoretically, the recommendations of this study are expected to enrich feminist literary studies. In practical terms, for readers, this study is expected to foster a critical attitude toward gender power relations. For future researchers, it is recommended to further develop studies on radical feminism and combine them with other feminist theories.
