PENGARUH LATIHAN DEPTH JUMP DAN KNEELING JUMP TO BOX JUMP TERHADAP TINGGI LONCATAN

Berdasarkan kenyataan di lapangan yang dijumpai pada perkumpulan bolavoli Skanor Lamongan loncatan atletnya kurang tinggi dilihat saat melakukan spike maupun block, sehingga dibutuhkan program latihan untuk meningkatkan loncatan dengan menerapkan latihan Plyometric Depth Jump yang dilakukan selama 6 minggu dengan 3 kali frekuensi selama 1 minggu dan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump merupakan modifikasi dari box jump yang sebelumnya belum pernah diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan juga keefektifan latihan Plyometric Depth Jump dan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump terhadap tinggi loncatan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two group pretest-posttest design” populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet Skanor Lamongan yang berusia maksimal 17 tahun dengan jumlah 17 orang, dan diambil 14 orang sebagai sampel. Untuk variable bebas penelitian ini adalah Depth Jump dan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump. Sedangkan variable terikat dalam penelitian adalah tinggi loncatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Uji Independent Sample T-Test
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh latihan Depth Jump terhadap kemampuan tinggi loncatan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,032 sehingga 0,032 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (2) Ada pengaruh latihan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump terhadap kemampuan tinggi loncatan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 sehingga 0,002 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan tinggi loncatan antara latihan Depth Jump dan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump, hasil perhitungan nilai Depth jump Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.102 > 0,05, dan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump dengan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,109 > 0,05.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini : (1) Latihan Depth Jump memberikan dampak atau hasil terhadap kemampuan tinggi loncatan (2) Latihan Kneeling Jump to Box jump memberikan dampak atau hasil kemampuan tinggi loncatan. (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan tinggi loncatan antara latihan Depth Jump dan latihan Kneeling Jump To Box Jump.

Based on the reality in the field found at the Skanor Lamongan volleyball association, the athletes' jumps were not high enough when spiked or blocked, so a training program was needed to improve jumping by implementing Plyometric Depth Jump exercises which were carried out for 6 weeks with 3 frequency for 1 week and Kneeling Jump. To Box Jump is a modification of box jump that has not previously been studied. The aim of this research is to determine the effect and effectiveness of Plyometric Depth Jump and Kneeling Jump To Box Jump exercises on jump height.
This research uses an experimental method with a "two group pretest-posttest design" the population in this study is Skanor Lamongan athletes with a maximum age of 17 years with a total of 17 people, and 14 people were taken as samples. The independent variables for this research are Depth Jump and Kneeling Jump To Box Jump. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in the research is jump height. The data analysis technique used is the Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test.
The results of the research show that (1) There is an effect of Depth Jump training on high jump ability with a significance value of 0.032 so that 0.032 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) There is an effect of Kneeling Jump To Box Jump training on high jump ability with a significance value of 0.002 so that 0.002 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (3) There is no difference in the average jump height ability between the Depth Jump and Kneeling Jump To Box Jump exercises, the calculation results for the Depth jump value Sig.(2-tailed) = 0.102 > 0.05, and the Kneeling Jump To Box Jump with a Sig.( 2-tailed) = 0.109 > 0.05.
The conclusions of this research: (1) Depth Jump training has an impact or result on jumping height ability. (2) Kneeling Jump to Box jump training has an impact or result on jumping height ability. (3) There is no difference in average jumping height ability between Depth Jump training and Kneeling Jump To Box Jump training
